How will your Email be moderated?

Your Email will be moderated by Comm100 Customer Care Team manually within one business day. And we will moderate your Email mainly by referring to the following aspects:

2. You must include your Physical Postal Address in each and every mailing.

3. No obvious spam content in your Email content.

Any of the above may cause your Email unable to get through the moderation. Please make sure you have got them all before sending your Email out. For detailed information, please refer to:

Can I personalize my newsletter to mass recipients?

Yes, but you can only personalize an HTML email.

For example, if you choose to personalize your email with first names, each email goes out with an automated entry of the first name of your subscribers. In this way, Jenny will read your message that opens with “Dear Jenny,” while Daniel reads your message that opens with “Dear Daniel.”
